What you will do with us
As a consultant you will work deeply integrated in the innovation teams of our customers. You will contribute significantly to the success of customer projects with your technical knowledge and process expertise. With good ideas you bring product innovations forward and design and test new features. You roll up your sleeves and lend a hand to accompany the “Next Big Thing” from the initial idea to the productive rollout. Solid knowledge of digital products and projects will give you confidence in your design mission. You are at home in agile tools like OKRs, Kanban and Scrum.
What we expect from you
In addition to a degree, you already have three or more years of professional experience in PMO, consulting or comparable positions in the energy industry. You are friendly and able to work under pressure, enjoy your tasks and are not afraid of designing creative solutions to complex challenges. You communicate clearly and understandably and have a business fluent command of English and German.
